Booking & Reservations
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for summer weekends (May–August) when demand is highest. Summer dates fill fast.
How do I make a reservation?
Book directly on our website at skyheightsllc.com/book-now/. Select your rental, choose a date, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a fee. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.
Delivery & Setup
What areas do you serve?
We serve Chicago Heights, IL and the Chicagoland area within approximately a 30-mile radius — including Harvey, Lansing, Dolton, South Holland, Matteson, Olympia Fields, Homewood, and Flossmoor.
What does “delivery, setup, and breakdown” include?
Our team delivers the inflatable, inflates and anchors it safely, runs a safety check, and returns at the end of your rental to break everything down. You don’t lift a finger.
How much space is needed?
Most inflatables need a flat, clear area of at least 20×20 feet with a nearby standard outdoor power outlet. We’ll confirm exact requirements when you book.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 30–45 minutes. Breakdown takes about the same amount of time.
Pricing & What’s Included
What’s included in the rental price?
All rental prices include delivery, professional setup, safety anchoring, and full breakdown/removal. No hidden delivery fees — the listed price is the all-in price.
How much do rentals cost?
Prices start at $179/day for the Tiny Bouncy Castle, Dunk Tank, and Bubble Soccer. The Inflatable Bouncer Waterslide is $250/day. Jump & Slide and Basketball Game are $279/day.
Do you charge extra for delivery?
No. Delivery, setup, and breakdown are always included in the listed price.
Safety & Age Requirements
Is the equipment safe?
Yes. All inflatables are commercial-grade, regularly inspected, and thoroughly cleaned between rentals. An adult supervisor must be present at all times during use.
What are the age requirements?
Most units are suitable for ages 3+. The Tiny Bouncy Castle is designed for ages 2–6. Bubble Soccer requires participants to be 8+. Avoid mixing very young children with older participants on the same unit.
Weather Policy
What if it rains on my event day?
Light drizzle is generally fine. Heavy rain, lightning, or sustained winds over 20 mph are not safe. If severe weather forces a cancellation, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no charge.
Can I use the water slide in cooler weather?
The waterslide is best enjoyed on warm days (75°F+). We recommend water slide rentals for summer events for the best experience.
